Product description:
BD405 marine equipment corrosion resistant coating is the high performance anti abrasion corrosion resistant 
polymeric high molecular material which compounded by the high performance epoxy resin based on adding 
nanoscale alumina powder and modified curing agent.Can be spray coating,roller coating and blade coating.
Used for the corrosion resistant protecting of marine facilities,equipment in the environment of underwater 
and atmospheric.
 
Performance features of BD405 anti water corrosion resistant marine equipment
epoxy repair coatings:

1.With high bonding strength,with very high bonding strength to metal,cement substrates etc.
2.The surface is smooth,microorganism is difficult to adhere to.
3.UV-resistant,excellent in marine environmental atmospheric corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance.
4.Can construct in the humid environment,the operation is convenient,without very high technical requirements 
to the constructors.

Briquette heat curing at temperature of 80 degree,place it into the above medium for 
30 days at room temperature,the weight change is not more than 1% 

 

 
How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the rust cleaning and coarsening processing on the pending-repair part,
then clean it by cleaning agent,finally wipe it with dry cleaning cloth.
 
2.Configuration: Make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified ratio.(When we do the roller coating and spray coating,can add the moderate solvent according to users’ requirements),
then use it up within the specified operation time limit.
 
3.Coating:Make the mixed-up material be brush coating,spray coating or roller coating on the pending-repair part,
the suitable thickness of the coating is 0.2-0.3mm,the coating should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with 
the substrates,you had better do the spray coating for 3 times,the roller coating is not less than 2 times.
 
Curing: It can be put into use based on curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 to 30¡æ,if the temperature is low,
should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.
 
Packaging specification:
Two components,20Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.
 
Notes:
Allergic constitution should use it more carefully.
